Trade Show Tips: Graphics - Demos - Handouts

When designing your trade show exhibit, consider the following:
Graphics: they should grab your attention and tell the attendees why they should come into to your booth. Keep your graphics simple, bright and big.

Product Demos: seeing is believing, but touching, smelling, tasting and communicating with the attendee will make you more memorable. If possible have samples of your products out of the display case in order to engage the attendee.

Hand outs: we all like free hand outs and if you can link your handouts with QR tags, social media or a YouTube video of your product, it's a bonus.

iPads + Trade Shows + Internet = Good Marketing

Consider using a iPad at your next trade show.

The iPad is mobile and can be connected to the Internet. It can be used to show your online product presentations (SlideShare), product videos (YouTube), sample photos (Flickr) and hyperlinks/ attachments can be e-mailed to the attendee on the spot.

Raffling off the Apple iPad during the show and announcing the winners on Twitter using #showname will also help draw more attendees into your booth.
